Terms and Conditions

Warranty: Our products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Payment: Payments are made through direct wire transfer to the bank. Unless otherwise stated, payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Order Placement: Full payment is required upfront before we process your order.

Order Confirmation: Once your product is shipped, we will contact you and send an invoice. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

Price Confidentiality: Before we share our price list, you must sign a non-disclosure agreement. This means the price list is for your company only and cannot be shared without our permission.

Changes to Terms and Policies: We have the right to change our terms and policies at any time. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

Ownership of Equipment: Once fully paid for, the equipment belongs solely to you, the client.

Return/Refund Policy: You can request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 40% restocking fee applies to returned products, along with any costs for inspection, reworking, or refurbishing. You will also be responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways.
