Skin Graft Mesher SGM-1000B provides a maximum graft width of ≥110 mm for universal skin graft preparation. It offers expansion ratios from 1:1 to 1:6 with rollers developed with precision to produce consistent meshing. Incorporated  with stamping mechanism for  creating skin grafts of multiple size patterns. Built-in ratchet handle facilitates smooth manual bidirectional use with less effort.
